Ramon Keimig studied fine art at Hochschule für Gestaltung Offenbach, Germany and is currently a master's candidate at IAGN Basel, Switzerland. Keimig's work focuses on the intersection between analog and digital drawing and printmaking, with an approach that favors experimentation and play.

In combining traditional drawing media with an intuitive approach to digital processes, Keimig's artistic practice is a rhythmic cycle of self-observation, processing and remix that resembles the sonic quality of a musical composition. Drawing parallels between musical processes and his own creative practice, he imbues his works with a sense of depth, resonance and vibration, inviting the viewer to explore the interplay between personal narrative and collective consciousness.

His images straddle the line between figuration and abstraction, revealing hidden patches of subcultural codes — etching scratches into the fabric of reality itself. Through an auto-fictional approach, Keimig reimagines objects, mental states and personal scenes from the past, offering a new way of understanding them. The resulting works interweave elements of fantastical creation, subcultural imagery, inner vision and science fiction, transporting the viewer to realms beyond perceived reality.
